CASA Partners IV L.P.
CASA IV's final fund closing was in November 2007, and has acquired 10 assets to date. Henderson expects to complete CASA IV's investment phase by December 2010.

Henderson Manager of Partners (MOP) is a joint venture program providing institutional investors access to attractive US markets by partnering with best-in-class operating companies.
