Henderson has been managing property assets for more than four decades and has approximately 190 real estate professionals and over $17 billion of property assets under management globally in the form of segregated mandates and commingled funds, both balanced and sector specialist, for direct property as well as property securities funds.  In the United States, Henderson has approximately $2.5 billion in property assets under management with a team of 25 dedicated real estate professionals. The US team focuses on core and value added strategies that are accessible in separate account or commingled fund structures.*

Henderson North American Property Fund L.P.

The Henderson Property Fund (HPF) is a diversified core open-end commingled fund with yield enhancement opportunities. HPF offers investors immediate access to the US property market as well as attractive income returns.

CASA Partners V L.P.

CASA V is the next to be launched in Henderson's successful series of value-added multi-family closed-end club funds. With a dedicated portfolio team working together for over 15 years, we have proven experience in managing value-added apartment strategies, with $1.7 billion in apartment assets under management as of 3/31/10.

CASA Partners IV L.P.

CASA IV's final fund closing was in November 2007, and has acquired 10 assets to date. Henderson expects to complete CASA IV's investment phase by December 2010.  

Henderson Manager of Partners Program

Henderson Manager of Partners (MOP) is a joint venture program providing institutional investors access to attractive US markets by partnering with best-in-class operating companies.  As of 6/30/09, $880 million (gross) has been invested in MOP assets across various partners on behalf of client separate accounts and funds ranging from core to opportunistic, since the Program's inception in 2003.

Henderson's Pagoda Fund is an open-end fund of funds investing in direct and listed real estate funds across Asia. The Henderson Indirect Property (HIP) Fund is an open-end fund of funds investing in direct and listed real estate funds across Europe.

Henderson Central London Office Fund II

CLOF II is an absolute return fund seeking to benefit from cyclicality in the central London office market, attractive prices and the skills of Henderson's expert central London office team.

Henderson UK Shopping Centre Fund

This specified portfolio invests in dominant shopping centers in major UK cities.
