Henderson Manager of Partners (MOP) is a joint venture program providing institutional investors access to attractive US markets by partnering with best-in-class operating companies. As of 9/30/11, approximately $900 million (gross) has been invested in MOP assets across various partners on behalf of client separate accounts and funds ranging from core to opportunistic, since the Program's inception in 2003.
