My Account

My Account enables Henderson clients to:

View detailed valuations of your investments and all transactions within the previous six months
Buy and sell funds through our secure online dealing service
Change regular savings amounts and investment allocations
Update personal details, for example, you can change your address

Ready to register?

To register for the My Account service, you should follow the simple steps below:

Click on the button below:

Register now
A new window will open and you will need to select the link in the 'Register now' section
You will be asked for your:

account number (this can be found in your investment statement)
personal details: surname, first name, country, postcode and email address

You will also be prompted to enter a security question and answer, which you will be required to answer when you log in for the first time

A Login ID will then be supplied to you which you will require each time you log in. You should keep a record of this.

Once you have registered…

You will receive your password in the post to your registered address which will enable you to log on and start managing your account.
