The integration of Gartmore following its acquisition by Henderson

Following the acquisition of Gartmore by Henderson in April of this year, the client administration for Gartmore funds will move onto the Henderson platform on 11 July 2011.

In order to effect the integration and to bring the funds onto the same client service administration platform, there will be a temporary suspension of the 'My Account' service. The impact is as follows:

My Account service will be temporarily suspended from 6:00pm on Thursday 7 July, to be resumed at 9:00am on Monday 11 July 2011.
Dealing in all Henderson and Gartmore UK domiciled funds will not be possible on Friday 8 July. The last point at which dealing will be possible prior to the integration is 11:59am on 7 July 2011 for all funds, except the Henderson Multi-Manager Active Fund and Henderson Multi-Manager Managed Fund, when the last point at which dealing will be possible is 3:59pm on 7 July 2011. Dealing will resume for all funds on 11 July 2011.
