Promotion terms and conditions

1. This promotion is open to UK residents who are qualified, practising Professional Financial Advisers. The promotion is not open to employees of Henderson Global Investors Limited or its affiliated companies, or to their families.
2. Only one entry per person. All entries to be submitted by midnight on 29 February 2012.
3. The prize draw to win an iPad 2 will take place on Friday 2 March 2012, with the winning entry being drawn at random under the supervision of an independent observer. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The prize winner must provide evidence that he/she is a qualified, practising Independent Financial Adviser before being awarded the prize.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative prizewinner by the same means in the event that it is not possible to contact the originally selected prizewinner within 14 days of the draw or the original prize winner is unable to provide the required evidence within 28 days of notification.
6. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
7. The winner will be notified by Friday 9 March 2012.  Details of the prize winner will be available for a period of 6 weeks from Monday 12 March 2012 by sending a SAE to Marketing Department, Henderson Global Investors, 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AE.
8. The prizewinner may be required to participate in future publicity.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion if withdrawal or amendment is unavoidable due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10. Entrants grant Henderson Global Investors Limited and its affiliated companies offering products and services under the Henderson Global Investors brand permission to communicate marketing information to the contact details provided.  Any personal data provided by entrants will be treated by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Promoter’s website.
11. This promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by entering into the prize draw.
