How to invest

Important Information

Please ensure you have read an up-to-date version of the Key Investor Information Document (KIID) for each fund you wish to invest in, alongside the Additional Information Document.


Under the UCITS IV Directive, we are required to release updated KIID documents within 35 business days of 31 December each year.

All Henderson updated KIIDs will be available to view and download from Monday 11th February 2013.

To make an investment simply complete the appropriate application form and return to the address stated.

Funds incur costs as a necessary part of buying and selling the underlying investments, these are otherwise known as portfolio transaction costs, and include charges such as broker commission and Stamp Duty Reserve tax (SDRT). View the portfolio transaction costs across the Henderson UK Fund range.

UK domiciled Funds
Investments into Henderson UK domiciled funds can be made via:
  • Direct Investment
  • ISA Investment
  • ISA Transfer
The minimum lump sum investment for both direct and ISA investments is £1,000 per fund. The minimum monthly investment is £100 per month, with the exception of the Global Care fund range, which is £50 per month.
Luxembourg domiciled Funds
The minimum initial investment is US$2,500 (or other foreign currency equivalent) per fund. Subsequent subscriptions can be made whenever you wish, subject to a minimum of US$500 per fund. Please ensure you have read the prospectus before making an investment.
