Following the acquisition by Henderson Group plc of the New Star group of companies (New Star), all Intermediary Terms of Business (ToB) previously entered into by New Star were assigned to Henderson Investment Funds Limited and Henderson Global Investors Limited (together, Henderson) on 6 April 2010. All Intermediaries should already have received a new ToB in the post. Any order received from Intermediaries in relation to any relevant collective investment scheme or ISA (“Product”) will be dealt with by Henderson after 6 April in accordance with the new ToB to the extent that the order has not been settled and/or otherwise dealt with in its entirety by that date. By placing an order in respect of a Product and/or accepting commission (whether for historic or new business) from Henderson, Intermediaries will be deemed to have agreed to the new ToB and the assignment mentioned above.
