  A group  of investors, including Henderson, has sent a letter to all S&P 100 companies recently asking for information on how they protect and enhance labour rights for their US employees and how they view the proposed Employee Free Choice Act legislation
• IIGCC issues policy statements on carbon markets and financing mechanisms - PR
  The Institutional Investor Group on Climate Change (IIGCC), of which Henderson is a member, has issued a set of policy statements setting out how the private sector can play a role in tackling climate change.
