Biography
Roger is Managing Director of Henderson Equity Partners and a member of Henderson Global Investors' senior management team. He has led Henderson Equity Partners and chaired the Investment Committees since 1998 overseeing the investment of over £1.5 billion in direct investments and more than £300 million in fund investments across Europe, North America and Asia. He is Chairman of the investment committees for each of Henderson Equity Partners' funds. Roger holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics from Massey University and a Master of Commerce in Economics from the University of Auckland; both in New Zealand.

Biography
Ian manages Henderson Equity Partners' fund of funds portfolios. He has twenty five years of finance experience encompassing private equity and infrastructure investment, senior debt lending and major corporate and project financial advisory assignments. He joined Henderson Equity Partners in 2005 having previously worked for Citigroup and Charterhouse Bank Limited. Ian has a BA (Hons) in Modern History from Oxford University.

Biography
Priscilla has responsibility for the finance and investment operations of Henderson Equity Partners including fund structuring, valuations, business planning and analysis, investor and management reporting, investment transaction implementation, investment review processes and regulatory compliance. Her tax background places her well to support Henderson Equity Partners’ transactions and funds. Priscilla joined Henderson Global Investors in 2000 from PricewaterhouseCoopers in a senior tax role. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Legal Studies) from the University of Wollongong.

Biography
Vishal has over eighteen years of experience as a private equity investor, predominantly in India. Prior to joining Henderson Equity Partners, he led HSBC’s South Asia private equity operations and prior to that the Indian operations of DLJ so has been an active investor in the Indian private equity market since its outset.

Biography
Guy is Co-Head of Henderson's infrastructure team. He has over 14 years of experience in the infrastructure concession market and together with Paul has developed Henderson’s infrastructure business; investing over £1 billion, directly or indirectly, in concession-based infrastructure. Prior to Henderson, Guy was Co-Head of HSBC's £125 million PFI private equity fund and CEO of the Grosvenor PFI Fund. In addition to his experience in providing financial equity to concession-based projects, Guy has acted as a financial adviser on projects for the UK Government and private sector clients. Guy was also a Director of Charterhouse, the merchant bank, where he worked on corporate reconstructions, MBO's, leveraged finance and corporate banking. Guy has a BSc Honours degree in Maths and Physics from Kings College, London.

Biography
Paul is Co-Head of Henderson's infrastructure team. He has over 25 years of experience in investment, privatisation, project finance and business operations in the infrastructure sector globally and together with Guy has developed Henderson’s infrastructure business; investing over £1 billion, directly or indirectly, in concession-based infrastructure. Prior to the demerger of AMP and Henderson in 2003, Paul was responsible globally for Henderson’s infrastructure team and was involved in a wide range of acquisitions, exits and funds including the A$800 million Diversified Utilities and Energy Trust, launched in 2003. Paul has a BA (Hons) in Politics and Economics and is a member of the Institute of Transport and Logistics.
