Henderson Global Investors has been advised that our company name has been unlawfully used recently, where an individual or individuals who have no association with Henderson have called members of the public claiming to represent Henderson and offer deals on shares in various companies.

The recipients of the call are directed to a fake 'Henderson' website and given a password. Please note that this site is not a Henderson website and we believe this to be a share scam (also known as a boiler room scam).

Henderson does not make unsolicited telephone calls to retail investors and we advise you to exercise extreme caution around any such calls. If you have received such a phone call or are in any doubt about the integrity of an unsolicited phone call, please contact the Henderson helpline.

Please be assured that none of our senior management team have had any involvement with these emails and you are advised to delete without responding.
