Priscilla is the Managing Director of Henderson Equity Partners, which specialises in Asian private equity, infrastructure and private equity fund of funds.
 
Priscilla has over 20 years experience in financial services having qualified as a chartered accountant.  Priscilla joined Henderson Group in 2000 in a senior tax role and moved across to Henderson’s private equity division in 2004 where she oversaw its finance and investment operations.

Prior to Henderson, Priscilla was a tax professional with PricewaterCoopers in both their Sydney and London offices.

Priscilla is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Legal Studies) from the University of Wollongong.

Roger is a Founder Member and Managing Partner of HAPEP. He also established and developed HEP’s private equity business since inception in 1998.

Roger is Chairman of the HAPEP Investment Committee. He has over 20 years of finance experience. Roger has invested in a number of markets and sectors. In the Indian market, Roger has established joint ventures for investing in private equity and infrastructure, and has invested directly in the Indian market, having overseen and approved all investments made by HAPEP in India.

Prior to leading HEP, Roger was Chief Executive of AMP Asset Management (NZ) Limited in New Zealand, and has also held positions as an economist at the New Zealand Treasury and at the New Zealand Reserve Bank.

Roger holds a Master of Commerce in Economics from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics from Massey University.

Guy is Head of Henderson's infrastructure team. He has over 15 years of experience in the infrastructure concession market and has developed Henderson’s infrastructure business; investing over £1 billion, directly or indirectly, in concession-based infrastructure. Prior to Henderson, Guy was Co-Head of HSBC's £125 million PFI private equity fund and CEO of the Grosvenor PFI Fund. In addition to his experience in providing financial equity to concession-based projects, Guy has acted as a financial adviser on projects for the UK Government and private sector clients. Guy was also a Director of Charterhouse, the merchant bank, where he worked on corporate reconstructions, MBO's, leveraged finance and corporate banking. Guy has a BSc Honours degree in Maths and Physics from Kings College, London.

Michael has over 14 years of experience in the securitisation market and has arranged transactions for a broad range of asset classes including infrastructure, equipment leases, commercial mortgages, auto loans, trade receivables, loan portfolios and residential mortgages. Prior to joining Henderson in 2007, Michael worked for UBS’ securitisation team for 10 years, where he focused on corporate and whole business securitisation. Major transactions included the Network Rail’s £20 billion Debt Issuance Programme, BAA’s defence of the Ferrovial bid and the £1.25 billion securitisation of Section 1 of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link. Michael also has extensive experience in the concession-based infrastructure sector and has advised bidders on capital markets financing for a range of projects. Michael is a Chartered Accountant and has an MA from Cambridge University.

Jas has worked in the concession-based infrastructure market for seven years with a particular focus on competitive primary bidding and investment management, including the restructuring and management of distressed investments during construction. Prior to joining Henderson in 2007, Jas worked for Barclays Private Equity and Carillion Plc where he focused on various concession-based investments in the UK and Ireland. Jas has extensive experience in project consortia, restructuring and refinancing. Key projects include the Bangor and Comber Schools, the Oxford Radcliffe Hospital and the A249 road projects. Jas holds a MSc in Finance from London Business School and a BA (Hon) from the University of Sheffield.

Chris has over nine years of experience in concession-based infrastructure projects and has extensive experience in advising bidders on commercial and financial issues in the PFI/PPP market. Prior to joining Henderson in 2007, Chris worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 12 years including eight years in the infrastructure concessions team, where he was focussing on project finance advisory for both public and private sector clients, covering a wide range of projects with a strong focus on the waste sector. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, key projects included Greater Manchester Waste, the NHS Lift Initiative and Barts and the Royal London Hospitals. Chris is a Chartered Accountant and has a BA from Oxford University.

Muxin Ma has joined the infrastructure investment team as an Analyst. He brings substantial corporate finance and infrastructure project finance experience to the team from his work at TfL on London Underground’s 30-year, £30 billion PPP contract and previously at Deloitte in Paris serving both corporate and financial clients on cross border transactions. Muxin is a CFA charterholder and a graduate of Peking University, ESCP and Cass Business School.
