Henderson Equity Partners' fund of funds team provides investors with access to well diversified portfolios of private equity funds through structured fund of funds products and segregated managed accounts.

Investment Strategy

Henderson's investment strategy is to produce capital gains through diversified portfolios of private equity investments.

Investments are primarily made in the UK and Continental Europe with a focus on mid-market buy-out funds. We target fund sizes in the range of €50 to €500 million which are managed by firms with strong performance track records. Investments include:

Henderson seeks to improve the return on investments by seeking the best private equity investments. Henderson achieves this by maintaining and building new primary relationships with well-established general partners.
