Roger is Managing Director of Henderson Equity Partners and a member of Henderson Global Investors' senior management team. He has over twenty years of investment and management experience covering listed (fixed interest and equities) and unlisted assets (property and private equity) and has led Henderson Equity Partners since 1998. Roger is Chairman of the Investment Committee.

Vishal has over eighteen years of experience as a private equity investor, predominantly in India. Prior to joining Henderson Equity Partners, he led HSBC’s South Asia private equity operations and prior to that the Indian operations of DLJ so has been an active investor in the Indian private equity market since its outset.

Rahul played a key role in developing the Henderson franchise in India. He has seven years of private equity and management consulting experience having previously worked for Ion Global as an Associate in their Sydney office where he consulted to the media and airline sectors. Rahul holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Economics from the University of Calcutta. He is also a CFA charter holder.

Ming primarily has responsibility for investments in North Asia, particularly Greater China. He was previously a member of the Goldman Sachs private equity team where he established a successful track record across a range of deals. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Ming spent four years at Amaranth Group, where he was a Portfolio Strategist, and previous to this he was a Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group. Ming has a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Harvard Business School. He is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese and is also a CFA charter holder.

David has over eight years of venture capital, equities research and foreign service experience. His primary focus is Southeast Asia. Previously, he was a venture capitalist with Enspire Capital where he invested in companies in Singapore, Greater China and the US. His work experience includes stints at DuPont Capital Management and Hamilton Lane in the US and Singapore's foreign service. David has a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a CFA charter holder and speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Carrie Liu joined Henderson’s Asia private equity investment team as an Associate. She brings investment banking experience from her most recent position as an Associate at China Renaissance Partners, a Beijing-based boutique investment bank, as well as experiences at Proctor and Gamble in Shanghai and China International Capital Corporation (CICC) in Beijing. She holds a Master of Economic Law and a Bachelor in Finance, both from Tsinghua University in China. She is a native Chinese citizen, who is fluent in Mandarin and English. Carrie will focus on sourcing, conducting due diligence, investing and monitoring investments in China.
