Transition to IFRS

On 24 June 2005 Henderson Group plc released an overview of the impact of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on its consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2004. The overview is primarily of the continuing operations of Henderson Group i.e. excluding the Life Services business that was disposed of on 13 April 2005.
